DELIVERING DATA DRIVEN, PERSONALISED COMMUNICATIONS AT SCALE

For over two years I managed the data targeting, digital production and deployment of easyJet’s CRM communications across 23 markets and 17 languages.

Using customer and transaction data alongside propensity modelling, I was able to effectively target easyJet’s 20m+ customers week in, week out with personalised offers and content.

Dynamic email templates enabled me to deliver targeted promotions form easyJet and their partners through the customer journey and ongoing testing helped optimise campaign performance.

The results speak for themselves. The targeted campaigns I managed generated on average a 22.5% higher click-through rate and more importantly, a 75% increase in revenue against the control group of non-targeted offers.
